Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.

Tracy Toronto is not responsible for loss or damage of parcels if tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Please verify your address carefully before completing your order.
Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
