Return Policy
At Tracy Toronto, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
This Return Policy clearly outlines how returns are handled.
1. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

You may only request a return after you have physically received your order.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international delivery or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

You may try on the item for fit, but wearing the item for use (e.g., outside or for longer periods) is not permitted.

Orders placed with the intent to return multiple items or sizes after selective fitting are not accepted.
Please ensure you meet all these conditions before requesting a return to avoid rejection.
2. Return Process

Notify us of your return by emailing Support@tracytoronto.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will then receive the return address of our supplier’s warehouse (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties, import taxes, or return shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (with Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery.
Returns without valid tracking information or delivered to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our supplier’s warehouse, and the condition has been approved,
we will issue a refund of the purchase amount within 14 business days via your original payment method.
Refunds may take a few additional days depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Liability

We are not responsible for lost return parcels if tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect shipping address during checkout is the customer’s responsibility.

Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in the return being rejected or the refund being delayed.
